OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As soon as you complete your checkout process, we immediately start hand crafting your jewelry. We provide our undivided attention to ensure that your order will be within our quality standard and will be satisfactory. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Diviene.com per the following terms:

Please take note that “customized color items” are all final sales and are not returnable.
“Customized Color Items” are defined as items created as a custom design or order according to the purchaser’s instructions upon ordering on our site.

-Within 30 days from our ship date.

-The merchandise must be undamaged and in new or unused condition. All returned merchandise are visually inspected for any signs of wear, re-sizing or alterations in any way, scratches, marks or blemishes prior to issuance of any refunds or exchanges.

-We will exchange or refund you minus the cost of shipping, handling & insurance to and from you which is a minimum of $26.00. If you received a promotional gift with purchase, you must return that item as well. You may be charged the cost of gift promotion that came with your purchase if you fail to return it as well.

Return Instructions

1. E-mail or Call Customer Service to request for Return Authorization Number (RA#). This RA# will ensure that your return will be processed correctly and timely. You can reach Customer Service at: 1.877.570.3456 Email: customercare@diviene.com

2. You will receive three information by e-mail:
a. RA# - please write this number outside the shipping box.
b. RETURN FORM – please print, fill out this form and enclose in your return
c. A convenient UPS Return Label – please print and securely affix to the shipping box.

3. Repack merchandise in its original packaging materials, including gift wrapping if you originally ordered as a gift. Include all promotional gift items that originally came with the merchandise, your proof of purchase which is the invoice/packing slip and the fully accomplished Return Form.

4. Drop off your package to the nearest UPS location or make an arrangement with UPS to have it picked up.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for return/exchange processing.

This return policy is applicable to continental US customers. International customers, please e-mail our Customer Service for return/exchange inquiry.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Diviene.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to, but not limited to, stock situations, web site related malfunctions, improperly stated price, coupon code or discounts and declined credit card authorizations. You will be notified through the contact information you have provided us if for any reason your order is cancelled. Your card will be refunded the corresponding charges within five days of order cancellation. However, please allow at least 30 days for the transaction to post to your account.
We always try our best to provide you with accurate information on our site, we apologize for the inconvenience if an error does occur which our keenly observant eyes may have missed. We reserve the right to correct it at any time.
The shapes and weights provided in each product information section and detailed descriptions are approximations based on averages. This information may vary depending on each individual gemstone.
Pictures of items shown in the site are for presentation purpose only. Actual colors of metals and gems may vary from pictures.
The gemstones we use may have undergone industry standard treatments to enhance color and appearance.
Each jewelry piece is made in California, USA which may have foreign or imported components.
In the event a dispute arises from the purchase of an item from Diviene.com, the extent of Diviene.com’s liabilities shall be limited up to the value of merchandise purchased.
We reserve the right to update product and pricing information without prior notice.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We use UPS services to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, if on occassion that there is extensive damage to the shipping box, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
