IMPORTANT POLICY NOTICE

diViene reserves the right to cancel any order due to, but not limited to, stock situations, web site related malfunctions, improperly stated price, coupon code or discounts and declined credit card authorizations. You will be notified if for any reason your order is canceled. Your card will be refunded the corresponding charges within 10 days of order cancellation.

We always try our best to provide you with accurate information in our store, we apologize for the inconvenience if an error does occur which our keenly observant eyes may have missed. We reserve the right to correct it at any time.

The gemstones we use are genuine that may have undergone industry standard treatments to enhance color and appearance. Each jewelry piece is made in California, USA which may have foreign or imported components.

In the event a dispute arises from the purchase of an item from diViene, the extent of diViene's liabilities shall be limited up to the value of merchandise purchased. We reserve the right to update product and pricing information without prior notice.
